Senior Customer and Executive Advocacy Marketing Manager, EMEA Position SummaryReporting directly to our VP Marketing EMEA you will own the customer advocacy and executive advocacy to build credibility, trust, and demand across priority markets across EMEA. This role turns customer proof and executive perspective into scalable programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels, with clear outcomes and governance.
Day to Day in this Position- Customer advocacy engine: identify and recruit customer champions, manage permissions, and produce advocacy assets (stories, quotes, videos, speaking abstracts, reference support).
- Customer awards program: submissions calendar, agency coordination, content inputs, and win amplification across EMEA.
- Executive advocacy: run a structured executive thought leadership motion including AI enabled content development support, review workflows, messaging alignment, and amplification coordination.
- Influencer and creator program for EMEA: identify, contract, brief, and manage a small bench of credible security and enterprise voices aligned to priorities.
- Agency leadership: manage 1 to 2 agencies supporting executive content and influencer programs, with clear scopes, budgets, and reporting.
- Impact reporting: track outputs and outcomes (share of voice signals, engagement, event influence, contribution to meetings and pipeline influence where measurable).
- 6 to 8+ years in B2B marketing, customer marketing, advocacy, or integrated programs in enterprise tech.
- Confident working with senior executives and customers, with high judgement and strong governance.
- Strong agency management and editorial discipline.
- Highly organised operator who can run multiple work streams without creating complexity.
