Regional Head of Marketing

I’m recruiting a Regional Head of Marketing for my client, a leading personal care / consumer healthcare business.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and delivering the Regional marketing strategy, driving sustainable growth, and leading high-performing teams across the UK, Ireland and wider Europe.

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and media plans across UK & Ireland, aligned with regional and global priorities
• Build the optimal marketing mix, manage significant budgets, and maximise ROI
• Lead and develop a talented multi-country marketing team, embedding best-in-class ways of working
• Drive insight-led brand and portfolio strategies over the short and long term
• Partner closely with commercial, global and agency teams to deliver flawless execution
• Champion a consumer-first mindset across all channels, including e-commerce

• Proven senior marketing leader within personal care or consumer healthcare
• Strong strategic capability with hands‑on executional credibility
• Experience leading and influencing cross‑country teams in a matrix environment
• Commercially minded, insight‑driven and confident operating at leadership level
