An international healthcare manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of a strategically important medication delivery portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic countries.
This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, commercial execution, and cross-regional collaboration, with responsibility for ensuring sustained market performance across multiple healthcare systems. It is suited to a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working hands‑on with complex, high-volume product ranges in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional marketing and portfolio strategies aligned to overarching business objectives
- Own the full product lifecycle, including launches, market optimisation, performance monitoring, and product exit decisions
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to guide portfolio decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver integrated commercial plans
- Develop clear value propositions tailored to different customer segments and procurement environments
- Create and adapt marketing tools and materials, including content supporting tenders and frameworks
- Support commercial teams with training, portfolio positioning, and go‑to‑market guidance
- Contribute to pricing strategy within agreed regional and global parameters
- Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in marketing or product management within medical devices or healthcare technology
- Experience operating across multiple countries or regions, beyond a single domestic market
- Solid commercial understanding, including exposure to tenders, frameworks, and complex buying environments
- Comfortable influencing across matrixed organisations and senior stakeholders
- Practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage high-volume portfolios
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial and performance data
- Willingness to work predominantly on‑site and travel regionally as required
