We’re working with a fast-growing, international consumer health business on a newly created Senior Insight Manager role. This is a high-impact, strategic position sitting at the heart of brand growth, working across multiple categories and markets.

You’ll have global responsibility for consumer insight
, partnering closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure insights don’t just land — they drive action.

The role

You’ll own insight end-to-end across several global and local brands, including:

  • Full responsibility for global consumer insight (budget ownership, learning plans, agency management, project delivery)
  • Acting as a strategic partner to Brand & Marketing teams
    , contributing to brand plans, strategy, concepts and comms — not just reporting insights, but shaping decisions
  • Leading a wide range of ad hoc research (brand positioning, concepts, comms, packaging, claims, product, U&A, digital, path to purchase)
  • Combining consumer insight with market data to create a clear, joined-up narrative
  • Leading an online consumer community across multiple European markets (managed via agency)
  • Supporting a global brand tracker running across 15+ countries
  • Playing a key role in evolving the insight function, including new methodologies, innovation and ways of working
  • Championing an insight-led culture through storytelling, presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Contributing to broader Insight & Market Intelligence initiatives such as trends and thought leadership
About you

You’ll be a confident, commercially minded insight leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Background
  • 10+ years’ experience in consumer insight (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Broad insight expertise across brand, comms and product
  • Solid understanding of continuous data (e.g. Nielsen, IQVIA)
  • FMCG experience ideal;
    consumer healthcare strongly preferred
  • Experience working across European or global markets
  • Right to work in the UK and able to commute to Maidenhead approx. 1 day/week (hybrid)
