What You’ll Do as an CRM Global Campaigns Manager

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day‑to‑day:

  • Extensive CRM Expertise:
    Minimum 5+ years of digital CRM experience, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to drive Primark’s evolving CRM programme across email, app, and SMS channels globally.
  • Team Management & Development:
    Provide senior leadership to the CRM team by driving execution of our CRM strategy, fostering growth and high performance, and ensuring strong workload management, QA excellence, and continuous training across the CRM campaign function.
  • Strategic Leadership:
    Own and lead the creation of the global CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall Brand/Content calendar and delivering a consistent outbound strategy across all markets.
  • Campaign Ownership & Execution:
    Manage end‑to‑end CRM campaign development—from strategy through execution—while maintaining high‑quality standards and incorporating localisation feedback.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Partner with CRM Customer Engagement Manager, Content, and Brand teams to optimise channel usage (email, SMS, push notifications) and identify planning and optimisation opportunities.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    Work with Senior CRM Manager to implement test‑and‑learn strategies, troubleshoot issues, accelerate rollouts, and deliver insights for automated customer journeys and future CRM activities.

    Experience:

    Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, HTML/AmpScript basics, and working with creative agencies; familiarity with e‑commerce or retail is a plus.
