Warehouse Operative
Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to work for our client based in the Reading area. This role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Complete picking orders for deliveries
- Operating saws and handle steel
- Operating Forklifts and Cranes (Full training will be given)
- Working effectively as part of a team and on your own
- Be able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Details:
- Salary: £14ph
- Working hours:
Rotating shifts - Monday to Friday 05.00 - 13.30/12.30 - 20.30 - Location:
Reading - Duration:
Temp to perm
Requirement of an Warehouse Operative:
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Be able to complete manual handling work as heavy lifting is required
- Crane, Forklift, and side loader experience desirable but not essential
- Be able to work in a team environment
