Working Pattern: 4-day week (Monday–Thursday)

We are seeking a skilled Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join our client's team in Reading, working within the Aerospace and Defence sector. This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-precision sheet metal work who takes pride in quality and accuracy.

Sheet Metal Worker Responsibilities:

* Working with fine limit sheet metal components

* Fabrication using stainless steel and aluminium

* Bending, forming, rolling, and shaping to tight tolerances

* Producing high-quality parts for aerospace and defence applications

* Working from engineering drawings and specifications

Sheet Metal Worker Requirements:

* Proven experience in fine limit sheet metal work

* Background in aerospace and/or defence manufacturing preferred

* Skilled with stainless steel and aluminium

* Strong attention to detail and quality standards

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
