We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid commercial electrical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce site safety procedures
- Gold/ Black ECS card
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of a construction site.
