This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager who enjoys leading from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of delivery consultants
• Remain hands-on with candidate delivery
  , supporting fulfilment across temp/contract assignments
• Drive performance, pace, and quality across the delivery function
• Ensure strong candidate experience and high fulfilment levels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support client requirements

• Proven experience managing a recruitment delivery team
• Background in temporary or contract recruitment
• Passion for the candidate side of recruitment and service delivery
• Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work at pace and lead by example
• Organised, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• Living within a commutable distance of the Reading office
