Renewables Service And Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Service & Delivery Manager (Operations and Maintenance) to join a growing Design & Build contractor. With a specialism around the renewables sector.

Our client has built a strong reputation for themselves as one of the main players across LED lighting, Solar PV, heating solutions and EV Charging. They cover both public and private sector projects and require motivated individuals to play vital parts in the company's future growth.

• Oversee maintenance service delivery and ensure service standards are met
• Coordinate with planning, engineers, project and customer teams
• Improve processes to boost efficiency and service quality
• Act as the main point of contact for customers
• Ensure all work follows health & safety rules
• Monitor service performance and fix issues quickly
• Manage contracts, SLAs and ongoing documentation

• Strong leadership and coordination
• Good understanding of solar and electrical systems
• Customer‑focused communication
• Ability to solve problems and improve processes
• Health & safety compliance awareness

• Certifications in facilities management, engineering or health & safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, MCS)
