Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations on a large-scale commercial construction project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid commercial electrical background, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

* Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

* Plan daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met

* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards

* Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

* Monitor material usage and manage on-site inventory

* Conduct inspections and quality control checks

* Lead toolbox talks and enforce site safety procedures

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements

* Gold/ Black ECS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience

* Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to meet physical demands of a construction site.
