Reginald Gray is seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established principal contractor with a £30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, programme, and budget targets are met
* Coordinate design teams, site teams, and sub-contractors
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships
* Monitor risk, quality, and compliance throughout projects
Requirements:
* Significant experience managing multi-sector construction projects
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
