Contracts Manager

Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 per annum

An established design & build interior contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery, quality, and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Projects range from £500k to £20m, typically £1.5m‑£4.5m. The role will involve spending around three days per week on a major project, with the remaining time split between smaller sites or working remotely.

• Overseeing delivery of multiple interior fit‑out projects
• Managing site teams, programme, and performance
• Driving quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Supporting commercial performance and margin control
• Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, and designers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and budget
• Managing client relationships and reporting

• Strong background in interior fit‑out or D&B construction
• Experience delivering projects £1m‑£20m
• Proven ability managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong leadership and client‑facing skills
• Excellent programme and delivery focus
• SMSTS/CSCS preferred
