The Role

* Manage day-to-day reactive maintenance across a multi-building estate

* Lead and support in-house engineers and contractors

* Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work

* Monitor SLAs, KPIs and service standards

* Act as escalation point for technical issues

* Contribute to resource planning and budget oversight

This is a hands-on operational leadership role within a structured, professional estate environment.

The Candidate

* Maintenance / Building Services background (Electrical or Mechanical)

* Experience managing engineering teams

* Strong knowledge of compliance, PPM and reactive systems

* Background in estates, NHS, MOD, education or FM environments advantageous

Package & Benefits

* Salary scale up to £46,049 (Grade 6 progression)

* Optional on-call rota (£3,800 per annum)

* Duty Holder responsibilities available (£2,360 per annum)

* 15% employer pension contribution

* 40 days' annual leave (rising with service)

* Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week
