Salary: £57,500 - £65,000 + benefits

Schedule: 5 days in the office

Start Date: March 2026

Our client is a dynamic property company managing both residential and commercial portfolios. They are seeking a Finance Manager who will be the backbone of their financial operations—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will work closely with senior leadership to manage budgets, oversee reporting, and support growth initiatives. You will also lead and develop a team of four skilled accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Lead day‑to‑day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of four accountants, driving performance and professional development.
• Support strategic decision‑making with financial analysis.

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience with both residential and commercial properties.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
