We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Autocentre Manager to join our friendly team. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years relevant experience as a successful Autocentre Manager with excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to develop and drive a successful team. Our branch Managers average a bonus of around £25,000 per year, with some achieving £45,000 or more.

• Promote and maintain the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
• Co‑ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.
• Ensure the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses.
• Maintain company house‑keeping standards.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve realistic targets and exceed them, generating shared benefits for the branch as a whole.
• Communicate effectively with clientele to generate new and repeat business, enhancing overall profitability.

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience.

Hours:

48 hours per week (8.30‑5.30 Monday to Friday & 8.30‑5 Saturday).
