Water Supply Pipe (WSP) Support Engineer — Reading. At Home Serve UK, you’ll play a vital role in assisting with the maintenance and repair of water supply systems in customers’ homes. You’ll help deliver industry-leading service, enhance our reputation, and support customer growth.

• Assist with maintenance and repair of water supply systems in customers’ homes.
• Support delivery of high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Engage in structured training and development to progress in the Water Supply Pipe Engineer career path.

• Awareness of safe digging practices.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Excellent customer service skills — this is a customer-facing role.
• A proactive, “can do” attitude and forward‑thinking approach.
• Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit — this is a manual, all‑weather role.
• Adaptable team player who can work with different team members daily.

• Week 1:
  Attend our Head Office in Walsall (Monday–Friday) for induction, health & safety training, and to receive your tools and equipment.
• Week 2:
  Buddy up with an experienced Home Serve Engineer for hands-on learning.
• Ongoing:
  Access structured development programmes and mentoring to progress into a Water Supply Pipe Engineer role.
