Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with matters relating to wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning
• Draft legal documents including wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
• Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals
• Support Court of Protection applications and inheritance tax calculations
• Manage administrative tasks such as document preparation and compliance checks
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal in a law firm
• Strong understanding of private client law and probate processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive approach and eagerness to develop expertise in private client work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
