We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join our team.

The role…

• Working as part of a wider team on both resale and new build transactions
• Providing updates to clients, developers and third‑parties on a daily basis
• Answering office calls and acting as a point of escalation
• Overseeing the more complex leasehold and shared-ownership transactions
• Providing expert guidance on post-completion matters requiring further consideration
• General file progression and administrative tasks as required
• Use of LEAP Case Management, Perfect Portal, Infotrack and Land Registry portals amongst others

• A minimum of (ideally) 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing fee earner role
• Able to oversee both leasehold and freehold files with minimal supervision from quotation through to registration
• Experience with more complex matters such as Lease extensions, shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A problem solver with the ability to work both independently and as part of the team
