Salary: £85,000-£105,000
PQE Level: 7+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

This is a unique opportunity unlike any other role in Reading, working with a global firm who are on the lookout for a talented Corporate Solicitor with 7+ years of PQE.

In this position, you'll provide expert corporate legal advice on a wide range of client solutions, from corporate structuring and reorganizations to M&A, equity investments, joint ventures, and equity incentive arrangements. Your role will be pivotal in delivering multidisciplinary, client-focused solutions, building and maintaining strong relationships with household clients and other teams.

You'll have the opportunity to lead on complex projects both in the UK and internationally, manage projects to successful conclusions, and train and mentor junior team members.
