This leading international firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Senior Associate to join its busy and growing team in Reading.

You will be working on a broad range of matters such as share sale transactions (acting for sellers and buyers) and business and asset transactions.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE and solid corporate experience. You will be capable of producing an excellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team. A high level of technical ability is required as well as excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
