Our client, a leading independent insurance broker based in the heart of Reading, is looking for a motivated SME / Commercial Broker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial expertise within a supportive, well-established business.

What you’ll be doing :
Working closely with senior Account Directors on a diverse SME & commercial portfolio
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service
Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration
Producing documentation including invoices, policy summaries and certificates
Assisting with presenting risks to insurers and negotiating competitive terms
Managing your own small commercial book
Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities

About you:

Experience with in commercial or SME insurance
Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills
Ability to manage workload effectively with minimal supervision

Experience with Acturis
Proactive, detail-focused and client-driven approach
