Lorien’s Utilities client are currently recruiting for a Oracle HCM Functional (UAT) Test Lead to join on an inside IR35 contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Create UAT and PCT test plans
Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
Support the business testers in writing the test scripts
Report on test progress and engage with project management teams on key issues/blockers

Key

Skills and experience:

Impeccable stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core‑HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
Extensive experience with testing end to end business processes across multiple applications and integrated ERP's
Extensive experience with planning and support payroll comparison testing within Oracle HCM Fusion
Hands on experience with testing HCM functional modules
