We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Reading. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their project delivery experience and develop their career within a supportive and evolving project environment.

You will play a key role in delivering IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects, including IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes), hardware refreshes, infrastructure rollouts, and multi-site installations
. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.

• Project Delivery:
  Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and technology deployments
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, time, and budget expectations
• Produce and maintain key project documentation including plans, schedules, risk logs, and change controls
• Support strong scope and change management to maintain delivery control
• Lead project meetings, updates, and service reviews with customers

• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers, and delivery teams
• Provide clear and timely project updates and reporting
• Support successful project handover and customer satisfaction

• Follow established project governance and reporting standards
• Support improvements to project delivery processes and tools
• Proactively identify risks and work with teams to resolve issues

• Proven experience delivering IT projects such as:
• IMACs / workplace technology deployments
• Infrastructure rollouts and refresh programmes
• Hardware installations and multi-site deployments
• Experience managing customer-facing projects from initiation through completion
• Ability to coordinate engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple locations
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Exposure to IT service delivery, outsourcing, or technical deployment environments
• Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI or similar)
• Experience using MS Project, Microsoft 365, or project tracking tools
• Awareness of financial tracking and project cost control

This position focuses on IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, and workplace technology projects
. It is not suited to project managers whose experience is primarily in software development or application delivery
.
