A leading water utility company in the UK is looking for a Service Desk Agent to deliver excellent IT support for users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT incidents, acting as the primary contact for IT issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of ITIL, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

This is a 12-week assignment based in Reading or Swindon with an hourly pay rate of £17.00.
