IT Technician - School

A forward-thinking technical college secondary school in Reading is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join their support team on a full-time, permanent basis from January or by agreement. • Providing first-line and second-line IT support to staff and students
• Maintaining and supporting school IT systems, hardware, and software
• Managing user accounts, devices, and network access
• Supporting classroom technology, including interactive boards and specialist equipment
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues and responding promptly to support requests
• Supporting data security, backups, and safeguarding-related IT procedures
