Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Consultant to take on the role of a Solution Architect within our digital transformation consultancy. This role requires a strong foundation in digital technologies and solutions, coupled with extensive consultancy experience in shaping and defining solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional all‑round consultancy skills and be seeking to advance their Solution Architecture career pathway, focusing on multi‑domain solutions to business problems.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and delivering digital transformation, shaping the business and technology landscape of our clients, enabling them to navigate complex digital transformations and achieve their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage with diverse stakeholders, and drive architectural excellence across a spectrum of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of multi‑dimensional solution architectures, aligning with clients’ goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, identifying innovation opportunities and proposing and evaluating architecture options.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Assess current technology landscapes, identifying gaps and risks to develop future‑state architectures.
• Apply architecture principles, standards, and best practices for digital solution delivery.
• Create roadmaps for seamless migration from legacy to modern, cloud‑based architectures.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Lead workshops and presentations to effectively communicate architecture and technical concepts.
• Assist in pre‑sales activities and project teams.
• Stay updated on technology trends and standards to drive innovation.

About you

• Experience as a Solution Architect, ideally within a consultancy environment, working on diverse projects for clients of various industries and sizes.
• Strong expertise in developing cross‑domain architectures to deliver strategic organisation change and digital transformation with cloud services, data platforms and modern workplace technologies.
• Demonstrable ability to translate business strategies into effective architectural artefacts.
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, including agile delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Possess the flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and security standards relevant to digital transformations.
