Open Text is looking for a Market Readiness Content Manager (GTM and Sales Enablement) to join our Professional Services team.

• Own and deliver compelling sales collateral, partner kits, and customer-facing assets
• Translate complex technical content into clear, outcomes-based value messaging
• Promote customer advocacy through case studies and event participation, maximizing customer awareness
• Manage the digital engagement program, promoting interests via web and social channels
• Own content production timelines and governance, maintaining asset libraries and currency
• Manage and promote our customer storytelling and advocacy program

• 2+ years in content creation, copywriting, or marketing design roles
• Proven ability to create compelling, outcome-driven content across formats
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and messaging principles
• Proficiency in design software and content management systems
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization
• Familiarity with the Open Text portfolio is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
