The role:Proofpoint is seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist to join our growing team in Cork, Ireland or Reading, UK on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
This role isa great opportunity to have direct impact on employee lifecycle and experience through supporting with onboarding, offboarding, partnering with key HR Stakeholders and enhancing the employee experience.
The HR Shared Services Specialist will be the main point of contact for all HR inquiries frominitialrequests through fulfilment and will partner with our local and regional people and culture teams toidentifysolutions and resolve employee issues ina timely fashion.
You will be expected to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and great stakeholder management skills.
This role will support the areas ofAPJprimarily but will also support with EMEA andthe Global processes.
- Triaging cases via our service management systemand shared inboxes and providing resolution in a timely mannerand meeting the SLAs, to our employees and various internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes
- Support withonboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle processes and queries
- Partner with the Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Immigration and compliance team in delivering the best customer service but also partner in various projects
- Provide testing support for Workday updated releases, integrationchangesand new functionality rollouts
- Activelyparticipatein implementation of new policies and processes
- Help create,author and manager the HR Shared services knowledgebase
- Process a variety of HR transaction, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system
- Be able to provide reports and data analysis on request
- Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality at all times
- 1+ year experience in a HR Shared Services hub, ideally tech company but nota must
- Strongproficiencywith Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other tools that helpeliminatemanual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiency
- Team player but also able to work individually
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
