The Role As the key point of contact for new hires, youll lead a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding process. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Field Support, and hiring managers, youll ensure every step behind the scenes runs efficiently while creating a warm, professional introduction to the organisation. This is a hybrid role based near Twyford, with a minimum of one day per week in the office, offering flexibility while maintaining valuable in-person collaboration.
What Youll Be Doing Candidate Experience & Onboarding Manage the candidate journey post-offer, ensuring all contract details are completed via our ATS (e.g. Workable). Act as the main contact for new starters, maintaining regular engagement until their first day. Track contracts and onboarding progress, proactively following up where needed. Compliance & Documentation Oversee Right to Work and pre-employment checks. Issue onboarding communications and ensure system access, equipment, and HR records are accurately set up.
