Senior Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 £ 40,000, uncapped commission

Reading Hybrid, Driving licence required The Opportunity Were looking for 360 or candidate focussed Recruitment Consultants to support established client relationships, working closely with Business Development colleagues and an experienced delivery team. This role focuses on candidate attraction, engagement, and end-to-end delivery. Youll typically be working on multiple live roles at any one time, with warm client demand and clear priorities.

While engineering recruitment experience is preferred, were open to candidates from other recruitment sectors, as well as those with backgrounds in recruitment resourcing, call centres, outbound calling, or telesales, provided you bring the right attitude and work ethic. Youll be supported by experienced consultants, clear processes, and leadership that genuinely wants you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Deliver across multiple live engineering roles each week Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates via outbound calls and job boards Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to placement Support existing client accounts with consistent, high-quality delivery Work closely with Business Development colleagues to meet client expectations Maintain accurate systems and pipelines to ensure a smooth recruitment process About You Experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Resourcer, or Delivery Consultant Alternatively, experience in a call centre, outbound calling, or telesales environment Comfortable building rapport over the phone Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, supportive team Full UK driving licence Based within commuting distance of Reading Right to work in the UK (were unable to offer sponsorship) Whats On Offer Competitive basic salary (£30k £40k depending on experience) Uncapped Commission Supportive, collaborative culture within a high-performing team Ongoing training and development from experienced consultants and leadership Clear expectations with autonomy and trust Hybrid working model with early Friday finishes Additional benefits, incentives, and team rewards Plus, many more What Next?
