A leading international organisation is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to manage multi-country payroll and benefits administration. This hands-on role involves working closely with external payroll providers and internal teams. The successful candidate will have experience in managing payrolls across multiple countries, knowledge of compliance, and HRIS experience. The position offers a salary of £55,000 – £60,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
The role is based in Reading with hybrid working options.
