Pepsi Co is looking for a Talent Management Associate Manager to join our UK HR Team, based at our new head office in One Station Hill, Reading. The role is accountable for the implementation and execution of the Operating Unit talent management agenda, deploying standardized processes and initiatives, as outputted by the Talent Management Chapters. The role will collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure effective talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development, aligned with Operating Unit priorities.

In addition, the role acts as a contributor and thought partner in the Talent Management Chapter to ensure strategic thinking and design of activity within that chapter will be consistent across international markets while also meeting specific Operating Unit and region needs.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end to end delivery of processes or tools for Talent Management.
  • Drive end to end delivery of processes or tools for Learning and Development.
  • Partner with the Talent Management Senior Manager and UK Human Resources Business Partners to align plans and deliverables across the execution of the Pepsi Co Strategic plans that relate to the Talent Management agenda.
  • Serve as a talent thought partner to business leaders, leveraging analytics and workforce insights to inform decisions and shape a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Manage the execution of core talent processes including succession planning, talent reviews, development planning, and leadership assessments. Monitor progress on talent actions and provide regular updates to talent management and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with talent management Senior Manager and HRBPs to provide elevated visibility of top talent in a structured way.
  • Coach leaders in the operating units to build high performing teams and elevate an EQ culture.
  • Facilitate standardized talent initiatives and programs as required by the relevant Talent Management Chapter or Global talent management Centre of Excellence, including Super 5, the FASE Model, FAST model, Insights.
  • Partnering with external providers as needed.
  • Partner with GCC on talent analytics to deliver robust data, analysis and talent management and capability insights.
  • Provide insights as to how to simplify and improve Talent Management processes improving the employee experience and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Proven Talent Management or Learning and Development experience across a broad variety of programs and strategies.
  • Able to assess organizational talent and learning needs and define a strategy to leverage opportunities, build capability and address gaps.
  • Proven experience of talent and development of leaders through effective implementation of succession planning, career development, and learning processes.
  • Able to facilitate learning programs and talent discussions at all levels.
  • Comfortable challenging views of senior leaders and providing alternative insights and/or options where required.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal & written.
  • Effective networking skills across a complex stakeholder environment.
  • High level of digital fluency and experience with talent analytics and HR technology platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals.
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience communicating and influencing at all levels including executives.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
