The team is expanding and we are seeking a high-energy, proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our Tech & Product functions with a strong focus on building future talent pipelines and supporting our hiring teams across our 16 businesses globally. You will be a brand ambassador for Wireless Logic, ensuring every candidate experiences our culture of innovation and pace.

In addition the Talent Acquisition Specialist will have the opportunity to support a range of exciting projects to continuously develop and elevate the Talent Acquisition Team at Wireless Logic Group.

Full-Cycle Recruitment & Delivery:
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across Tech, Product and Support, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a true business partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, defining "what good looks like", and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Like a Pro: Partnering with hiring managers, you'll guide the interview process, ensuring it's a smooth and engaging experience for everyone involved.

    Ensure a gold-standard candidate journey, from the first touchpoint through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Become a Sourcing Superhero: Unleash your inner detective to identify the best and brightest in the industry. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies building strong relationships along the way with leading professionals in our industry.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Enhance Wireless Logic’s presence in the market through active Linked In engagement, attending industry events, and ensuring our ambition is communicated effectively.
