Entry / Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We’re hiring Entry / Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join a high-energy, supportive team where you’ll be trained properly, backed from day one, and given real opportunities to earn and progress quickly.

No experience in recruitment needed — just the right attitude.

What you’ll actually be doing
  • Speaking to candidates and clients every day (yes, on the phone or via video)
  • Learning how to source, identify talent, interview, qualify and place candidates
  • Building relationships and becoming a market expert
  • Supporting Managers and Senior Consultants with a view of gradually running your own desk
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Hitting targets, earning commission, and celebrating wins
What we’re looking for
  • Recent graduates (A-Level and University) or people early in their career (sales or similar)
  • Confident communicators who enjoy talking to people
  • Competitive, driven and money-motivated
  • Resilient — able to take knock backs and keep going
  • Curious, switched-on and keen to learn
  • Articulate and commercially smart
  • Not afraid of hard work (this isn’t a clock-in/clock-out role)
  • Someone who is looking for a career - not just another job!

Sales, hospitality or sporty backgrounds are a big plus — but not essential.
