, that unifies major networks such as Openreach, BT Wholesale, and City Fibre. We enable service providers with automation, real‑time visibility, and rapid scalability.
You will work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into people initiatives, enhance capabilities, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Regular travel is required as the position spans multiple locations.

- Serve as a strategic conduit between specialist teams and the wider organisation, offering expert guidance on new people initiatives and ensuring consistent, values‑led implementation.
- Collaborate with leaders to resolve complex employee matters, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and advise on critical people practices, including organisational change, TUPE, and employee relations, ensuring decisions are fair, compliant, and strategically sound.
- Champion performance and development frameworks, embedding systems that enhance individual and team effectiveness and support long‑term capability building.
- Coach and influence stakeholders, delivering training and feedback that improves leadership capability and drives operational excellence.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop strategic workforce plans that support future growth.
- Leverage people data and analytics to generate insights, measure impact, and inform strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
- Provide coaching and support to the People Operations Specialist, fostering their development and ensuring operational excellence in people practices.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong people‑management skills
- Ability to understand and interpret HR metrics
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation
- Ideas‑oriented and always looking for ways to improve the employee experience
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
