Impact- Act as a second‑tier point of contact and escalation for HR enquiries, providing timely, pragmatic resolutions.
- Support the maintenance of our HRIS system and ensure accurate, compliant records.
- Lead or support annual processes across the employee lifecycle, including reward, recruitment, and management information activities.
- Ensure policies are reviewed, updated and uploaded to Athena, incorporating legislative changes.
- Deliver a client‑first, fully inclusive resourcing experience that enhances the brand.
- Continuously review processes and workflows to drive efficiency, employee satisfaction and a competitive employee value proposition.
- Manage employee relations casework with a focus on positive working relationships and best practice alignment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong judgement with problem‑solving skills for complex scenarios.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience developing and maintaining HR Information Systems.
- High level of data fluency and experience with data analytics and complex problem resolution.
- CIPD Level 3/5 qualified or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures to modernise employee experience.
- Experience working in organisations that have undergone rapid growth and transformation.
- Experience in a high‑paced, high‑change environment.
- Initiative and drive for results with a solutions‑focused approach.
