We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a spacious, newly built residential service featuring 45 en-suite bedrooms and state-of-the-art facilities designed to promote wellbeing, relaxation, and a sense of community. About the Service
The service provides:
· Specialist residential care for adults
· 45 residents, each supported individually in a modern, homely setting
· Long-term placements with attention to privacy, dignity, and personal choice
· Activities, therapy sessions, and programmes designed to support mental alertness, social interaction, and self-esteem
· Facilities including a fully equipped hair salon, therapy room, sensory garden, and peaceful nature walks
· Opportunities for residents to participate in the development of their individualised care plans
Your Responsibilities
· Provide high-quality, person-centred care
· Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
· Promote independence, dignity, and choice
· Assist with mobility, emotional support, and wellbeing
· Maintain accurate care records
· Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction
What We’re Looking For
· Previous care experience preferred
· NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred
· A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· A genuine passion for supporting adults and enhancing their wellbeing
