In this Mental Health Assistant role, you'll provide 1:1 and small group support, help pupils manage emotions and behaviours, and assist in delivering therapeutic and wellbeing-focused interventions. You'll work closely with psychologists, SENCOs, and pastoral teams in a school that prioritises mental health and staff development.
