Band 7 Reporting Sonographer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
** Full Time and Part Time hours available**

We're looking for confident, highly trained professionals with a PG Certificate in Medical Ultrasound (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from a CASE‑accredited institution.
You'll use your expertise to independently perform and report a wide range of maternity and gynaecology scans, working within a team where clinical excellence is the standard.
Our sonographers are supported by fetal medicine specialists, obstetricians, early pregnancy experts, and gynaecologists, giving you direct access to multidisciplinary insight and ongoing professional development.

Main duties of the jobPerforming transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scans for all types of obstetric and gynaecology scans.
Reporting findings and making appropriate referrals to multidisciplinary team as well as communicating findings to patients.
Performing and reporting ultrasound scans for obstetrics, including screening for nuchal translucency, anomaly, growth scans, early pregnancy and gynaecology scans.

Person Specification Education, Qualifications & Training- Educated to a minimum of 1st degree level
- DQASS or FMF accreditation in 1st trimester screening
- MSc or MA
- Qualified Radiographer
- Registered Midwife
- Post graduate ultrasound experience
- Participated in Audit Process
- Experience in facilitation, teaching, assessing, and coaching
