Specialist Radiographer - Mammography and X-Ray | Spire Dunedin Hospital | Private Hospital | Permanent | Full Time | Reading
Are you an experienced Radiographer with Mammography accreditation looking for a genuinely rewarding role in a supportive, forward‑thinking hospital?
Spire Dunedin Hospital is seeking a Specialist Radiographer - Mammography to join our friendly and highly skilled Imaging team. You must also be experienced in X-Ray.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a broad range of Imaging services including X‑Ray, Fluoroscopy, Theatre imaging and Mammography (screening & symptomatic).
- Produce high‑quality diagnostic images aligned with best practice and clinical standards.
- Support Radiologists during interventional breast procedures
- Play an integral role in one‑stop breast clinics with the MDT breast care team
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and uphold the highest levels of safety, dignity and care
- Participate in the General on‑call rota
Who we are Looking For:
- HCPC registered Radiographer with no restrictions.
- UK Mammography Accreditation - Essential
- Minimum 4 years' Radiography experience, with strong Mammography skills.
- A compassionate, patient‑centred professional with strong communication skills.
- A passion for clinical quality and ongoing professional development.
Contract Type:
Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week (3 x 9.5 hours days and 1x 9 hour day, Mon - Fri)
