Responsibilities

Band 4 MPCE Nuclear Medicine Patient Pathway Administrator and Radiation Protection Admin Specialist

The position is split 50/50 between the Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Protection Departments within the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Directorate.

Main duties of the job include specialised admin support for the two departments within medical Physics, including invoicing, bookings and reception work.

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Proficient in using standard Office software

Experience

  • Proven experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience in taking minutes, writing reports

Desirable criteria

  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Previous Medical Secretary or admin experience
  • Previous experience with Cerner EPR, or similar
