- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Proficient in using standard Office software; proven experience of working as part of a team
- Experience in taking minutes, writing reports
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Previous Medical Secretary or admin experience
- Previous experience with Cerner EPR, or similar
