We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage our two service lines – Health in Justice and Integrated Urgent Care (IUC). The role is primarily remote, with office attendance in Theale (Reading) every Tuesday. You will be a key member of the wider finance team, ensuring suppliers meet their contractual obligations, managing relationships, and overseeing tendering processes. This brand new role offers the chance to shape our procurement function as the organisation grows.
Jobresponsibilities
- Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations and investigate any issues, escalating where necessary.
- Manage supplier relationships across the organisation.
- Oversee the tendering process – re‑tendering, new contracts, amendments and tender document creation.
- Draft contracts using standard terms and conditions.
- Work with finance, operations and other business units to ensure service suitability.
- Respond to queries from suppliers, sites and managers.

- Good understanding of the procurement process.
