The Role We’re looking for Night Team Leader to join our team at Anam Cara in Friesthorpe, Lincoln As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in children with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives.

Your role will include;
· Support and motivate a team
· Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.
