Main duties of the job- Participate in clinical pharmacy services including, prescription review, patient counselling, adverse drug reaction reporting and therapeutic drug monitoring and individualisation of patients drug therapy.
- Undertake clinical and technical duties in the dispensary dependant on service requirements.
- Perform assessments and support the rotational pharmacists in gaining their clinical development.
- To assist in planning and implementing clinical pharmacy service developments and other medicines related change.
- Deputise or represent the lead pharmacist at Clinical Governance meetings, or other appropriate clinical meetings or MDT meetings/ward rounds.

Experience- NHS experience is Essential.
- Recent Clinical Pharmacy/Ward experience.
- Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Masters Degree in Pharmacy or UK recognised equivalent.
