We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Healthcare team at a Prison location near Nuffield/Henley in Oxfordshire. The site is in a rural area, and a driver is preferred. On-site facilities include a gym and an on-site café. There are wellbeing events and opportunities for training and development.
HoursMonday - Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
SalaryThis position is full time, with an annual salary up to £28,574 FTE, depending on experience.

What you'll be doingAs an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, using IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, and general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

Qualifications Required- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
