Driving licence preferred for travel between sites
Your Role:
Meaningful Support, Every Step of the Way
As the first point of contact, you’ll be central to creating a smooth, supportive experience for every client. Your day-to-day work will include:
 
* Delivering telephone consultations
 
* Handling data entry and essential administrative tasks
 
* Greeting clients at reception and providing in-person assistance
You’ll collaborate closely with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues, helping clients feel informed, empowered, and cared for.
