Reporting Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join a fast-paced, international business on a 12-month fixed-term contract
. This is a high-profile role reporting to the Group Director of Financial Control
, taking ownership of group financial reporting across a complex European structure.

You will play a key role in leading group consolidations, managing statutory reporting across multiple entities, and acting as the primary contact for external auditors
, while driving improvements across reporting processes and systems.

• Lead the UK group consolidation process and prepare group financial statements in line with FRS 102
  .
• Oversee statutory reporting across UK and European entities
  .
• Manage year-end reporting and review regional submissions.
• Coordinate store impairment reviews
  , including modelling, disclosures, and audit engagement.
• Oversee statutory accounts for multiple UK and international subsidiaries
  .
• Act as the key liaison with external auditors
  , ensuring timely delivery of financial information.
• Drive process improvements across reporting systems and controls
  .
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
  .

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Strong technical expertise in group consolidations and statutory reporting
  .
• Experience working with IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102
  .
• Proven experience managing multi-entity, international reporting environments
  .
• Strong systems experience (SAP BPC, Hyperion, One Stream, Cognos or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident communicator with experience working with auditors and senior stakeholders
  .
