As an Associate Director , you will:
Lead delivery of complex employment tax advisory services across areas such as employment status, IR35, national minimum wage, and payrolling of benefits Manage relationships with a wide portfolio of clients, including large corporates and fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a culture of inclusion and continuous learning Support in winning new work through proposals, networking, and relationship-building Why consider this role?
